How do I return my hat(s)?

To start a return:
Email our support team your order number (located on your packing slip) and the reason for return at support@taylormadescrubhats.com.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 10 days of order delivery confirmation. Returns must be in new, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed condition with tags attached, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized products including but not limited to the addition of buttons, sizing modifications, embroidery, etc. Exchange Request Should the customer elect to exchange for a new product of like-kind or otherwise, the customer will be responsible for any upcharge fees and/or shipping & handling expenses. If a customer elects to switch to a product of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method provided within 3-5 business days. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers. Receiving a Refund A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. What are the payment options?

Which hat is best for me?

The Original: This style of hat is made for a flexible fit. It can be folded for hair that requires less room, or it can be worn unfolded for hair that requires more. The tie aspect of the hat is an additional way to create a more individualized fit. The Skull Hat: This style is designed for those with shorter hair. It is often worn by men, but works great for anyone who prefers a more form-fitting look. It can be folded or left unfolded to optimize comfort for various hairstyles/types. The Ponytail Hat: This style is designed for those with more hair who prefer to wear their hair in a low up-do. It can be folded or left unfolded to optimize comfort for various hairstyles/types. The ribbon ties around the ponytail portion, allowing for a flexible fit. Please be mindful that all of our hats are designed to be one-size fits most. Each one of our hats are handmade which allows for some slight variation in sizing between hats. If any one of our hats fits a little bigger than expected, they are all double-layered to allow the option to fold for that perfect fit!

What are the care instructions?

Hat(s): Handwash in cool water and air dry. Washing in hot or warm water can cause shrinkage and loss of color vibrance. Give hats a gentle stretch once they are washed to get them back into shape. Hats can be ironed or steamed to remove any wrinkles. Mask(s): To maximize the life/use of the masks, we recommend establishing the desired fit of the aluminum nose piece during the initial wear and then avoid excessive folding of the mask to prevent breaking. When washing, we recommend hand washing and air drying.

How do I select an option that's greyed out?

When an option is greyed out that means it is currently out of stock. In addition, if you do not see your desired choice from the drop-down, it is not available for that particular fabric and/or accessory item.

When will I receive my hats?

Due to high volume, we are currently running on a 3-5 business day processing time. Unless specified otherwise, orders will then be shipped First-Class mail via USPS (please visit https://www.usps.com for current First-Class delivery times).

Has my order shipped?

Due to high volume, we are currently processing orders between 3-5 business days of the order being received. Package tracking information will be sent via email once processing has been completed and the shipping label has been created. Please double check your spam folder for all correspondence and add us as an approved sender to ensure our notifications are routed to your main inbox.

When will this fabric be back in stock?

We do our best to restock our best-selling fabrics often but unfortunately, we can not give a definitive answer on when a particular print will be back in stock. If you haven't already, please subscribe to our mailing list (located on our homepage) to be notified first of future restocks and new releases.

Do you offer buttons on the hats for mask?

We do! Add a splash of decorative style and functionality to your scrub hat with a pair of our super cute buttons! Button color and size will be selected by our production team to match the fabric design/color of your scrub hat(s). Buttons can be added to your cart via the "Buttons" menu drop-down option.
NOTE: Any and all special requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability based on available inventory.

I'm having issues with the delivery of my order. What do I do?

We're so sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, once the order has completed processing and possession is accepted by the United States Postal Service (USPS), we have no additional insight/involvement in the delivery process. We certainly wish we could do more as we understand how frustrating this situation can be. Please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to speak with one of their representatives for more information.

Do your scrub hats have sweatbands?

Our hats are double layered for absorption and durability but do not come with a sweatband
